GENERAL PROVISIONSwww.lotex24.net is an online store and sells goods on the Internet.
Orders are accepted directly on the site www.lotex24.net, through auction sites (Ebay), by phone, mail or e-mail. Ordering in lotex24.net, means the acceptance of the following rules of sale and the Client undertakes to respect the rules.
Orders through the site lotex24.net can be submitted by customers, who have founded a personal account at the store lotex24.net and logged into their personal account and by customers who do not have a customer account at the store lotex24.net.
Order processing starts after the customer is sent an order confirmation to his submitted email.
Order realisation begins after the payment reaches the shop's bank account or after reception of payment confirmation from the provider of internet payments. Orders that are not paid within 10 days from the date of submission are automatically discarded (not executed).
All prices include VAT.
The store reserves the right to change prices of goods on offer, introduce new products, carry and cancel promotions at the store's website or make other changes without earlier notice.
Each order total includes shipping costs that are covered by the purchaser.
Purchased products are delivered by the courier company DHL. Purchaser when ordering can choose the option "Local Pickup" and pick up ordered products directly at the online store.
PAYMENT
Customer can choose the following forms of payment for their order:
- traditional bank transfer to our bank account
- internet transfer PayPal
- credit card
DELIVERY TERMS
The fee per item is calculated by weight and size of the parcel and is specified in the order conformation email sent to the customer. When you buy a larger quantity of articles you receive a discount on shipping. Wholesale customers also receive applicable discounts when purchasing in bulk. We do not charge any extra shipping costs, if size and weight of the article meets the standards specified in the tables of quantity and weight. For buyers from outside the EU borders we can submit required customs and manufacturer's certificates. In case of shipments to Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland, the buyer covers the cost of DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), ie, all costs of customs clearance shall be borne by the recipient.
Upon receipt of payment into our account we send you the purchased products within 2-5 working days and they should reach you within 1 - 3 working days (depending on the residence of the recipient). Otherwise, please contact us at info@lotex24.net.
The goods ordered and paid for are collected by the courier from Monday to Friday by 16:30. Please keep this in mind while ordering. All listed shipping cost is includes statutory VAT.
Of course, we offer you the possibility to collect ordered goods personally in our warehouse in lotex24 Sp. z o.o. If you have a valid Tax Identification Number, then both the value of the goods and the delivery cost is reduced by the Polish VAT. Customers will receive bills from outside the EU without VAT specified. In this case, the applicable customs duties depend on the country and paid by the customer.
Buyer placing an order, undertakes to make payment within 10 days from the date of its submission. lotex24.net reserves the right to cancel an order placed by the buyer if it is not paid within 10 days from the date of its submission.
Every parcel received from us should be open before signing the receipt of delivery for the courier if the parcel is damaged or has traces indicating that it could have been opened. In such case ask the courier to make a protocol of damaged parcel delivery and keep the parcel and its contents to lodge a complaint. All couriers are obliged to help in issuing such protocol. In the event of lack of conformity of the delivered package with the order or damage to the packaging notify lotex24.net by email. The claim will be considered by the shop lotex24.net mmediately. Acceptance of the delivery by the buyer, confirmed by his signature without comments on the waybill will be treated as a confirmation of its compliance with the order.
If at the time of delivery the customer is not present in the place of delivery, the courier will leave the information where and when he can receive the parcel. If the package is not collected within 7 working days, will be returned to the store. Re-dispatch in this case is only possible after re-payment of shipping costs.
RETURNS
The client, within 10 days from the date of delivery receipt can opt out of the purchase (withdraw from the contract without a reason) of goods ordered in our store. Reimbursement is only possible if the goods were not used and are in their original packaging if the item was packed originally by the manufacturer. Goods can not be returned if the Purchaser removed seals of the packaging of the commodity. Returned goods should be returned together with the received proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
The store guarantees repayment of the amount equal to the price of goods paid by the customer, as indicated on the sales document (receipt, invoice). The money will be refunded within 14 days (from receipt of the returned goods shipment) by a bank transfer to the customer's bank account. Shipping costs to the client (included in the document of purchase - receipt, invoice) and the cost of returning the goods by the customer are not refundable.
Important! Opportunity to withdraw from the contract (withdraw from the contract without a reason) applies only to products purchased by consumers (retailers). Customers who have the status of 'wholesale' purchase at wholesale prices as traders. In the case of purchases made by entrepreneurs the above regulations about returns do not apply.
COMPLAINTS
If upon the reception of the goods the Customer finds technical defects or damage during delivery, he should mail it back to the address of lotex24 Sp. z o.o. We do not accept payment on reception parcels. Costs of returning goods complaied about are refounded after receiving the goods and investigating the complaint.
The returned goods must be accompanied by a proof of purchase, proof of damage (made by the courier on delivery) and a complaint form. All complaints are dealt with within 14 days of receipt. Goods damaged will be repaired or replaced by another, deprived of defects, and if it is impossible (out of stock), we will pay back the equivalent price of the product or offer other goods available in shop to choose from.
REGISTRATION AND PRIVACY AND POLICY
By setting up a Client account at lotex24 store or submitting a single order you accept our Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with that of the above policy. Shop lotex24 commits to the protection of personal data in accordance with the Law of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data. Under that law, customers of our shop have the right to inspect their data, given during registration and to correct them and demand to stop their use.
Filling in the form of a contract without the customer signing up is tantamount to consent to the processing of personal data by lotex24. (In accordance with the Law of 29 August 1997 on Personal Data Protection, Acts Nr 133, poz. 883). Personal data will be processed only to implement the order, including billing and financial reporting. These data are confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by legal regulations or with a prior consent of the.
Buyer's personal data is protected in accordance with the law on personal data is not transferred, sold or lent to other persons or institutions and are necessary to fulfill the contract of purchase and sale of goods and services.

FINAL PROVISIONS
In matters not regulated here , the provisions of the Civil Code and the Act on Protection of Consumer Rights and Liability for Damages Caused by Dangerous Products from March 31, 2000 Acts No. 22 poz.271).
The competent court for any disputes arising about the contract is the court competent for the defendant or the court competent for the place of performance.
lotex24 reserves the right to make changes to the above regulations.
