How do I actually spend less?
If you don't buy with us. If you buy elsewhere, you can sometimes really save much. Your time with the postman, for example. Namely, when he never comes to you. Can I buy only if I am registered?

Where can I pick up my merchandise?
You can collect the goods at our company in Zajączek. But don't just rush over here as soon as you place your order. Please notify us in an email about your desire to pay us a visit at least a day or so before you intend to do it. You see, we need some time to get everything ready - spread the red carpet, paint the grass greener and last but not least get your order ready. Otherwise, you will stand around here with stupid long face and wait. Is that clear? Yes, no delivery costs if you come youself or send your wife. You just pay por the order. Nothing more.

Do you take our old equipment for disposal? Many Websites do this.
Us? How can one come to such a question? First, we sell only plastic polymers products. We have nothing to do with refrigerators or washing machines. I still have quite a lot of technical questions about the product on offer, who should I contact?

So at this point I don't think you still believe that we are able to answer your question, when you were not able to find the answer in the whole internet. So don't even bother to ask us - we will not answer it either.

Can you send me the goods on account? I will pay it in 2 weeks after the product is here?
Really? Payment in 2 weeks is great. That's still better than in 3 weeks. And honestly? Online stores do not know more than your e-mail address. We don't know if the name you gave us is yours or maybe one of your hated neighbour's. It may as well be either way. We don't have time or inclination to verify these data. We are too busy searching for new products, managing the shipping of sold goods, writing texts, answering emails e-mails, coffee drinking and going home on time. Especially the last two things require our special commitment. So please don't make us unswer such questions.

Can I have my order packed as a gift?
Sure, we can wrap the plastic box you ordered in gift paper, tie a red robbon and send it to your wife as Valentine's gift. But considering the specific nature of our polymere products, I'd rather take a closer look at you. Would you really make a gift of a plastic box? You would? Ok, fine with me. We are always promoting new ideas. But such things should be discussed before you order, not on reception. Certainly not when you come here to collect your order. Otherwise you will hang around, drinking our coffee and wearing a long face because we are not fast enough. Is that clear?

Will you deliver the purchased goods streight to my appartment?
We?? We are cheap. How would you expect us to do it? Packages are delivered to you by Post or DHL. Where they are delivered - we have no idea, but surely to the address you provided. And whether it is you appartment adress or your work address - it's just the address the courrier has. They also ship pallets. Just drop them on the pavement in front of your house and drive on. How you take it home? - we have no idea. Wer are cheap, we deliver fast and in good condition. What else do u expect? If you are nice and polite to the courrier he will deliver the package to your convenience - it's simple.

I've bought someting and it arrived broken - what should I do?
First - smile. Such things happen. Who does nothing makes no mistakes. Take it easy. Maybe it was you who handled it poorly? Yes, yes - you. The one with two left hands! It's possible!
OK, OK, so it wasn't your fault. Normally we would have a problem. But we don't have it. Good question. Is the company reputable? Let me think. I start and finish work on time, get my salary and holiday. It seems it is. This doesn't mean that I am. Yes, me.
